DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR ANY APPLIANCE REPAIRS. They will charge you a $65.00 fee even when they do nothing, change appointments several times before they actually come see what the problem is, tell you that you need an expensive repair when you actually don't, AND damage your appliances! Below is a picture of the damage one of the repair men did when he came to "see what the problem is". He told us we needed a drain pump and that it would be $140. JUST FOR THE DRAIN PUMP. not including labor or anything. We knew it was fishy so we ended up calling Maytag and asked how much a drain pump would be and it was ONLY $30.00. Turns out that wasn't even the problem when we got the Maytag man to come look at it, just needed a drain cleaning. Wish we would've looked at the reviews before we got this person to come damage our property. It may not seem like major damage, but this is a 2 year old Maytag Bravo in mint condition and they are expensive washing machines so it's very saddening to have it damaged even a little. They even had the audacity to send us a bill a day after we cancelled and said we wouldn't be using their services, they charged the expensive ridiculous service fee AND another fee for him looking at our washer, which was $125! OUTRAGEOUS. These people are criminals and who knows how many other people are being ripped off. They need to go out of business, they aren't getting a single penny, they can say goodbye to the $125 they think they are getting from us.
Very unreliable. Very unprofessional. Do not waste your precious time here. I would give them a no star rating if I could.
No good customer service and staff very rudy. When I go over there they said we coming at your home and check out your problem and after when I call back after 3 days and they said we don't wanna do that. I don't wanna give them 1 star.
Called them and questioned the person that answered the phone. They said that no matter what the technician did, when they came out I would have to pay a $65.00 service fee. Said it didn't matter if the technician could find the problem or diagnose the problem or even fix the problem. I asked if they could elaborate on the technicians experience so I could make a more informed decision... after all, if you tell a consumer in advance that no matter what else happens...they are going to take $65.00 from you... I would think the consumer should have the right to know if they are sending out someone with expertise in the field or if the business is just scamming people every day all day long out of $65.00 every time they come to the consumers house. The woman on the phone hung up on me... as if to say...we have so much business we don't need yours. Well, I guess they are doing pretty good when they charge a $65.00 service fee weather they do anything or not. Completely rude and unprofessional...Do NOT call these people.
