My wife and I had a great experience with Friendly. After finding the truck I was interested in online, my wife corresponded via email and over the phone with the General Manager Tripp McCall. Tripp was great and basically worked out all the details over the phone and through email. Because we live 3 counties away, it was after their normal closing time before we could get to the dealership to see the truck in person. Sales Consultant Joey Davis accompanied me on the test drive, and then we went back to the dealership to finalize the deal. It's worth mentioning that Joey later went the extra mile and helped me take the toolbox off the truck I was trading in and put it on the truck I was buying. After going through the paperwork with Tripp, Joey and Finance Manager Bill Cooper (who was also fantastic to deal with), we were out of the dealership in under an hour start to finish.
Within the past 3 months, I had to deal with bad sales but not until I went to Troy, NC. I had the pleasure of working with Tripp and Joey. I asked if they could hold a vehicle for me until I was able to make the travel, it was done without any issues. It was the most sincere and worthy trip that I could have made to a dealership. Pricing of the vehicle was Awesome and it was purchased by me. They truly held up to their name. Future business will be dealt with Friendly's. Thank you again for the most amazing experience.
